This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from all major attractions. You'll love the convenience of being able to explore everything on foot. The rooms are beautifully decorated with nice toiletries provided, and the lovely terrace offers stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. The attentive staff ensures that you have everything you need, and the breakfast served each morning is a great way to start the day.
Everything was just fine.

The staff were very friendly. The rooftop terrace was great to relax after a long day in the bustle of Marrakech. They organised a taxi (for an extra charge) to the airport at 5 o clock in the morning and provided breakfast at 4.30. We were accompanied to the waiting taxi by the member of staff. Everything ran smoothly.
It was difficult to find and the map from their website was not 100% accurate. Eventually I had to phone up and someone came to meet us in the main square. It is a few minutes walk down a small twisting alleyway and I did not feel completely safe walking down there. None of the staff I met spoke Spanish or English fluently. I had to pay in cash even though it states on the website that you can pay by credit card. The room was very small and a little humid and damp. Although in general the Riad is very nice, I have stayed in better and cheaper Riad's in Marrakech so I would not recommend it as a first option.

This hotel is a great find in a quiet and authentic part of the city. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, making it easy to explore Marrakesh on foot. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the attention to detail, with nice toiletries provided. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. Speaking of which, the breakfast spread is amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Traditional building, limited facilities though

The hotel is clean and furnished in good taste. First floor rooms are agreeable. Very good location, just a few minutes from the main square, in a small alleyway with distinctive flair. Small roof terrace is nice for breakfast.Relaxed atmosphere, everyone leaves their rooms open (no locks). Pick up from airport was reliable. Friendly Moroccan receptionist and French owner.
Although a small hotel, this is not a place for people who like intimacy, nor for those who like to sleep in. As with most Riads, the structure of the building means you can hear pretty much everything, and from 9h30 onwards the cleaning ladies' chatter or talk at reception can be heard throughout. The rooms on the ground floor are very small, overpriced and at best good for a one-night stay. Food is nothing special, you get more generous servings and better selection in Moroccan-owned places.

Riad Al Karama was honestly the best stay I have had.....anywhere! I found everyone at the Riad to be very friendly, welcoming and helpful and I really appreciated their insights and advice on the local area which made my time in Marrakech a truly wonderful experience. I can't thank them all enough! The room was beautifully decorated and very well kept and provided an amazing authentic Riad experience. The rooftop terrace is a stunning setting to sit and enjoy the delicious Moroccan meals and discuss the day's adventures. The Riad is so close to the market and the souks and is also within walking distance from all of the main sights - the map and directions I received from Michel were perfect and I don't think I could have navigated the many small streets without it! Everything was absolutely perfect - I would highly recommend!!
There is not one thing I didn't enjoy about my stay....it was all great! I would love to go back to see more of Morocco and when I do I would definitely stay at Riad Al Karama again. I would suggest you take up Michel's offer of organising an airport transfer as all of the streets in the Medina are difficult to navigate the first time!

Everything about Riad was good. Riad is very close to famous square.I Recommend you to ask Michel about airport shuttle. After you arrive to Riad, take a card and use the small map which is behind the card.It is so simple and useful to find Riad when you return from the square. When we arrived they served us delicious tea.Even they did not give negative answer to my selfish request,i asked for the tea at 2nd day in the night and they prepared =) I really loved this Riad and strongly recommend to everyone who travel to Marrakech.Thank you Michel for everything.

I loved everything about this hotel - it was clean, had great facilities, and was located very close to all major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Silvie who made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They even served me breakfast at 6,30 am when I had to leave early in the morning. The sunny rooftop terrace was the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere of this city.
No complaints.

It was situated in the medina and you could walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and excellent cleanliness.
When I first ventured out I lost my way although it is really simple I wish the Riad had shown me to the main street initially.

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, offering us tea upon arrival and providing clear directions to nearby restaurants. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, with stunning views of the city and mountains in the distance. the arranged airport transportation was seamless, making our arrival and departure stress-free.
It was a bit difficult to navigate the surrounding streets, especially as we arrived at night and there were few streetlights. We also encountered a strong smell in our room, which detracted from our overall experience.

Highly recommended, for our second stay in the Riad we got an upgrade to a larger room. The coriandre room is small, but enough to sleep there. Good Breakfast with yogurt, milk , butter, ... :-)
Little bit difficult to find, but we got it :-) from Jemaa el Fna follow the Rue Dabachi, pass a small open place at the left site , after about 50m turn to the right where is a sign for isis Spa ( this is the derb Jdid), then right, left - still following the main way - to the wall (this is a T-Junction) , there left ,right and go through the "tunnel" , after them you will see a sign of Riad Christiana), - at this corner turn to the left , the 4th or 5 th door right hand is Riad Al Karama.
